La Piu Belle Artist's Collection was recognized with silver medal in The Wine Design & Packaging Master 2023
The contest took place on 17 January at the Novotel, London Bridge. It is just one of the 25 competitions (collectively known as The Global Wine Masters) run this year in collaboration with The Drinks Business. The contest was open to any wine in the world, rewarding outstanding examples of design and packaging. Judges made their decisions with reference to aesthetics, functionality and sustainability.
For VIK, wine is an expression of art. The packaging of La Piu Belle Collection are all real pieces of art, made by different artists:
La Piu Belle Champagne showcases a stunning art label created by Elena Trailina, whose work is also featured at Galleria Vik Milano, part of the Vik Retreat collection of private hotels created out of a passion for art, design and architecture. Elena utilizes a blend of techniques, including work with punched gold leaf.
La Piu Belle Rosé design was a inspired by the art piece of argentinian artist Javier de Aubeyzon; who wanted to reflect the beauty of all the women of the world.
And finally, La Piu Belle Red was created by chilean artist Gonzalo Cienfuegos, and was the first one of the Artist's Collection.
